Returns Policy
We at Bailwood want our precious customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase, we strive to ensure just that, if by any chance you intend to return or exchange your item we are here to assist.
Full refund within 14 working days
We will accept any returns if you notify us within 14 working days from receipt and if the item is unworn, with its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Upon inspecting the product, we will refund the full amount you paid minus the delivery charge.
Exchange within 28 days
In addition to this, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt to exchange it for a different size or colour.
Important information
Please note that your right to return items does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty.
- Items personalised with pupil's initials or name including name tags.
- Under garments (modesty shorts and mouth guards.)
- Swimsuits without the protective gusset lining.
- Socks and tights removed from packaging.
How to Return/Exchange an item.
There are various ways to return/exchange the item
- In-store return/exchange- we believe this is the easiest form of dealing with a return/exchange
- You can return to store address via a signed for/tracked delivery, the return would be at your own cost. Please see below store address.
- For an exchange for an item you have sent back to store address a further delivery charge will be applicable, customer care team would touch base at this point.

Faulty items within 30 days
In the first instance please contact us via email to info@bailwood.co.uk.
- Send us an email to alert us to the fault. Please attach a picture of the fault with your message. Your order no and invoice also attached into the email.
- A member of our team will respond to your message as soon as possible to advice on next steps.
- You will receive an email from us alerting you once we have replied.
if the item is faulty within 30 day Customer will receive refund on delivery charge, if more than one item on order, then customer will receive 50% refund on delivery charge.
Suspected faulty items outside 30 days
If the item purchased is outside of the 30 days faulty items policy, each case will be dealt with at the discretion of Bailwood Fashions Ltd

In-store policy
Any instore purchases have slightly different refund and exchange policy, they have been pointed out below.
- In-store purchases that are no longer wanted by you can only be exchanged or a non-expiry credit note can be issued if our standard returns conditions of the item has been met.
- Unfortunately, in store purchases are not eligible for refund.
